*All Exhibitors must be fully set up and ready by 9:00 am on Friday, November 6. NAR reserves the right to set up Exhibitor’s booth at Exhibitor’s expense if Exhibitor fails to complete its setup by 9:00am on Friday, November 6. These dates and times are subject to change.
^Exhibit booths must be staffed during all Exhibition hours. Packing of exhibits prior to the closing of the show is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Exhibitors dismantling or packing exhibits prior to official expo closing time will be subject to a $500 fine per 100 square feet and will forfeit Priority Points.
