This is a very limited opportunity for a sought-after audience. 250-300 attendees are estimated to attend this VIP event and will be promoted through multiple MLS channels.

Benefits for each sponsor include:
· Sponsor’s name associated with the event in marketing and promotional materials as well as on-site signage.
· Opportunity for sponsor(s) to make welcome remarks.
· Opportunity for sponsor(s) to distribute promotional swag to attendees at the reception.
· Opportunity to place pull-up banners in the hotel meeting room where the event is held (sponsor provides banner).
· Opportunity to brand the room, within the rules and regulations of the hotel and approval from NAR.
· Attendee mailing information from reception registration (e-mail addresses are not included per Association policy; subject to terms of use).
· 10 guest invitations for each sponsoring organization’s staff and guests.

Sponsorship of this General Session includes:

General Session Stage Time: Sponsor will receive up to 2 minutes to address the General Session audience.

Pre-show and post-show mailing list of attendees (subject to terms of use).

Sponsor promotion in digital collateral as it relates to the Friday General Session in advance with recognition on the NAR NXT website with sponsor logo, website link and booth number.

Sponsor recognition with company name and logo on on-site General Session banners and/or standing sign boards designed and produced by NAR.

Conference Tote Bag Insert. Sponsor responsible for producing and shipping 8,500 inserts to be collated in the registration tote bag.

Promotional Video: A 30-second video ad of sponsor will play before the General Session. Sponsors name and logo will appear on event video screens before and after General Session.

Verbal Recognition: Recognition of sponsor by emcee during welcome remarks.

20 VIP seats: Reserved seating for up to 20 sponsor guests in the priority seating section, upon request.

International Reception and Awards Ceremony is the premier international networking event of NAR NXT with up to 700 guests. This is the international community's night to shine, where NAR will honor highest achievements during the Global Awards Ceremony, followed by a formal reception.
​
Sponsorship of this event includes:
· Brief welcome remarks from the podium at the International Reception.
· Recognition of sponsorship at the Global Business and Alliances Committee.
· Reserved 10-person table at the event for sponsor's guests.
· Recognition of sponsorship on signage.
· Recognition on the NAR NXT website promoting the International Reception Event with sponsor logo and link.

Friday, November 6
3:30 PM - 4:30 PM

Welcome global guests from all over the world at Meet the World, a reception that kicks off the Global activity on the Expo floor. The Meet the World Reception will be held in the Global Real Estate Pavilion on the Expo floor.

This sponsorship includes:
· Brief welcome remarks (3-5 minutes) to all Global guests.
· Branded cocktail napkins.
· Sign recognizing the sponsor in the Global Networking Center.

SPEAKING Opportunities
LEAD THE CONVERSATION AT NXT
Showcase your expertise and position your brand as a thought leader through speaking opportunities that connect you directly with attendees.
NAR is offering 15-minute sales demonstration timeslots in the NAR NXT, The REALTOR® Experience, Expo Theater, located on the Expo floor. The Expo Theater features a one-of-a-kind backdrop and stage where you can casually address REALTORS® interested in your product or service. A laptop and digital monitor will be provided; just bring your thumb drive.

$1,500 (per timeslot)
Exhibitors can host an hour-long Industry Spotlight at NAR NXT to present more in-depth tutorials about how their products and services improve professional performance in the real estate industry. They will take place Friday and Saturday during expo hours and, as the host, you will provide food and beverage for your guests.
Industry Spotlights Include:

Meeting Room conveniently located at the Convention Center near the Expo floor. Each meeting room will be set with tables and chairs for up to 100 attendees and A/V.

A 22x28 sign with the sponsor’s Industry Spotlight Title and Logo will be placed outside the entrance of the meeting room.

Industry Spotlight title, date and time will be promoted on the Conference Website and Mobile app.

Sponsor will select food menu for attendees.

Sponsor will receive the pre-show mailing list of attendees to promote their session. Lists include attendee name, title, and mail data only; attendee email address and phone numbers are not provided, per Association policy.
The Sponsor will be responsible for the set up and removal of all personal items brought in and used during their scheduled time.
